When Hosico was just a little kitty, we couldn’t resist snapping photos of his cute and amusing antics. We soon found ourselves sharing his pictures on Instagram, and to our delight, more and more people began following Hosico’s adventures. Now, he has fans from all over the world who adore him for his fluffy, golden charm.
One thing we’ve learned about Hosico is that he’s quite picky when it comes to toys. He prefers new ones, but even those lose their appeal after just a week. Surprisingly, his favorite playthings aren’t store-bought; he gets most excited about things like shoelaces, tree branches, and even crumpled up paper.
Like many cats, Hosico can be skittish around strangers and unfamiliar places. Even a small change in his surroundings can startle him, and he’s much happier when everything is just right. Fans have often compared him to beloved characters like Puss in Boots and Garfield, as well as other fluffy creatures like squirrels and hamsters.
